The room was neat and well-maintained. the staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was quiet. the location of the property was good, in a pretty comfortable area.

Friendly staff, good service and excellent breakfast. Close to fine shopping and dining on both Ave Louise and Rue de Bailli. Extended my stay by 4 days due to the Volcanic Air Crisis and the staff were very helpful. Stayed here many times and keep coming back.

The rooms are now becoming a little dated, but overall its very homely.

Very nice hotel crew. Nice by not being there if you don't want them and being there if you need them. They truly respected 'do not disturb' status on my door. Now you may laugh, but it's not always the case everywhere... maids/room service can be so much willing to help you/clean your room that they actually will wake you up / disturb :-) even though there's 'do not disturb' label on your door or you asked explicitly for that at the reception.
